The Sydney property boom is officially over according to these “experts”.

I agree but…

Many are saying this means the Australian property boom are over.

I think they are crying “wolf”.

Remember, the old story of the boy who cried wolf? He was a bored shepherd who thought it would be fun to run into the village crying “wolf” so that everyone would come, and he’d get some attention.

Of course, there was no wolf! (And when the wolves did come, nobody believed him anyway)

Right now, many experts are crying that the Australian property boom is over and are getting lots of attention.

Of course, they are wrong.

Yes, Sydney property price growth is essentially zero right now, but the Sydney property market is by no means a barometer for the rest of the country.

There are still many markets growing sharply.

In fact, there are even some suburbs in Sydney expected to grow sharply.

(Remember, when you invest, you don’t invest in a city but rather, you invest in a particular suburb)

However, there is no doubt that the market has changed from a few months ago, and you need to apply different strategies.
