I expect the same thing to happen in 2025.
Property prices will end up much higher at the end of 2025 than they are right now, but not everywhere.

But I only have so much time in a day – and I have a young family who I’m devoted to.
That means that when I hit a certain number of clients, we close off our intake so that we can give each client the time and attention they deserve.

As I said, I expect property prices to rise significantly in 2025 and there are 3 major reasons for this:
- Interest rates are set to fall. This will improve people’s borrowing capacity and allow more people to afford property
- Migration continues to remain well above long term averages
- There are not enough new homes getting built.
This all means demand is higher than the supply of houses, which all points to prices rising sharply in certain locations.
