First, we don’t have any properties sitting around “on our books”.

That’s what a sales agent does – they have properties to sell you and that’s their main objective. That’s not the way we work. Instead, we go and find the right property for you. It’s a personalised service.

Second, we start with YOU first, NOT the property first.

Too many other buyers’ agent will try and convince you to go with them because they’ve got a great deal for you… without even considering you and your goals and your budget. This is a big mistake.

What you really want to know is, “what kind of property should you buy, that is within your budget and comfort zone that will be a stepping stone to reaching your financial goals?”

That’s why before we look for a property, we start with you.

 Third, we find you the right property because everything we do is personalised to you.

You’re not going to get a weekly email with a list of properties to choose from – and then hope you’re the lucky winner. You’re not going to have undue pressure put on you, because we might have another client who wants to buy what we present to you. None of that. We find what’s right for you and stay with you until the job is done.

 Fourth, we give you choice.

There are others out there who will tell you that this one suburb is the only suburb for you to invest in. Hold on! There are over 15,000 suburbs in all of Australia. How can there be only 1 suburb that’s right for you?  Something doesn’t sound right.

That’s why we provide a list of our top 3 to 5 recommended suburbs from which you can choose from. And we don’t just give you a one line email – you’ll get an incredibly detailed, but easy-to-understand data pack to support each area we recommend. (You get an inside look at why we recommend them.)

 Fifth, we don’t expect you to say yes to the first property we find you.

When we start looking for actual houses for you, we don’t expect you to blindly say “yes” to the first property you get. In fact, I fully expect that you might say “no”, and that’s totally fine. We find out why you say no, and add that to our search criteria, so that the next property we bring to you is closer to the mark. It’s an interactive process that ensures we hit the bullseye every single time.

Sixth, I’ve been personally investing for 22 years now and I’ve been helping people invest in property for 14 years.

So my experience is deep and my network and relationships are nationwide. That’s why, even though I am personally based in Sydney, with my well-established trusted network of advisors and my team, I can get deals in the best pockets of almost any area around the country, often before they even hit the open market. Yes, that’s right. I can get you deals before even the locals who live in the area can.
