Well, I think there is an accidental property boom looming.
What I mean by that is, this property boom (that I believe has already started) wasn’t supposed to happen.
It’s an unintentional consequence due to 3 different factors – all of which are related to the Pandemic.
And because this boom doesn’t follow the “normal” rules of the past, different areas are going to perform quite differently.
