Is the Housing Crash Really About to End Sooner Than Expected?

If you live in many parts of Australia (outside of Sydney and Melbourne) you might be thinking “What Crash?!”

And you’d be right! Property prices in many areas have continued to hold their value and even rise, despite interest rates increasing.

But the problem is most of the noise in the media has been focused on our two biggest markets – Sydney and Melbourne.

Yes, those markets are on the decline

But…

That decline has not filtered to all other areas of Australia.

In fact, there are many markets around the country where you can get houses for under $700,000 which are still really hot.

And now…

In an apparently surprising twist of events…

There is evidence that the property decline in our two biggest markets is also starting to slow.

Now that doesn’t mean you should go and buy anywhere and expect to make money. That’s so 2021!

However, it does mean that if you’re someone who’s been waiting for the right time to buy an investment property, that time might be on you sooner than you realize.
